In order to guaranteethe interests of the wide consumers and distributors, so that the after-salesservice can be more normative and in ordered, the after-sales service, warrantyand maintenance charge are hereby stipulated as follows:
I. Warranty period
We are committed toprovide the following services for anyone who purchase the products fromXuanyuan iDrive Science and Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. According to the ProductQuality Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. Within 7 days from the date of shipment (sales date), incase of any product quality problems, the customers may ask for return,exchange and repair;
2. Within 15 days from the date of shipment (sales date),in case of any product quality problems, the customers may ask for exchange andrepair;
3. Within 1 year from the date of shipment (sales date), incase of any product quality problems, the customers may ask for repair.
II. Definition ofafter-sales maintenance
1. Free maintenance:
1) The Company shallprovide free maintenance services due to the quality problems (non-humanfactor) of the products itself from Xuanyuan iDrive within the warranty period;
2) The freight chargefor free maintenance service and factory returning maintenance shall be borneby customers (distributor) and Xuanyuan iDrive with each undertaking 50%.
2. Paid maintenance:
1) Xuanyuan iDrive shallprovide paid maintenance service for the products beyond the warranty period.
2) Xunayuan iDrive shallprovide paid maintenance sevice of the damage cause by human factor for theproducts within the warranty period.
3) Basic material costand labour cost shall be charged as the standards of the paid maintenancecharge.
4) The freight charge ofpaid maintenance service and factory returning maintenance shall be borne bythe customer (distributor) alone.
III. Maintenance chargestipulations
1. All after-salespersonnel and agency (distributor) must implement the Company chargerequirements and standards. Free of charge or arbitary charge are strictlyprohibited, and serious treatment shall be carried out once the abovesituations are found or customer complaints are received.
2. When maintenance costoccurs, "Charge Credential" shall be issued with charge items,amounts and issuing personnel indicated hereupon.
3. Charge standard shallbe implemented according to the List onAfter-sales Charge of Xuanyuan iDrive Science and Technology (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd.

The following content ishereby declared:
1. In case of anyconflicts between the contents of this article and national regulations, thelatter shall prevail.
2. Xuanyuan iDriveScience and Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. shall reserves the power ofamendment and interpretation of this article.
3. This article shallstart performing from the release date.
